Patrol checkpoints
Perimeter patrol route
- Hourly patrol: Main gate → Loading dock → North parking row → North entrance → Lobby.
- Scan each checkpoint tag and log anomalies in the daily activity report.
Lockup procedures
Evening lockup
- At 20:00 lock all exterior doors except the main lobby.
- Confirm loading dock roll-up door is secured and alarm armed by 22:00.
Visitor entry
Visitor entry protocol
- All visitors sign in at the lobby desk with photo ID.
- Issue a dated visitor badge and call the host before granting access.
- Contractors must be on the approved list for the day.
